Pedestal systems provide an innovative and highly effective solution to both above grade decks and ongrade patios versus the traditional hardset installation that has been plagued with problems found in exterior applications. Using adjustable pedestals, we can create a floating deck that maintains a perfectly level surface over a substrate that has been built with slope to provide drainage. By keeping the deck elevated above the waterproofing layer, the pedestal system promotes durability and enhances long-term performance with very little maintenance.
